Conditions and prices

Your rental includes

• your  stay in the studio(s) Amanecer and/or Atardecer, all exterior facilities (no meals) and free subtle touches
• the infinity swimming pool
• the outdoor terraces around the pool, kitchens and furniture
• playground and games
• parking, concierge, linen, bath towels, hairdryer, shower and cleaning products, pool towels, equipped kitchens, refrigerator, tv, internet connection

Rental term

• maximum occupancy in the studios : ex. 7 adults
• pledge required (depending on the lenght of stay) as additional taxes (65 euros)
• in case of cancellation: 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay sum, from 30 days the totality is due. We advise you to take out an external travel and cancellation insurance. No fees are charged for substitutions and if Cerro del Pozo has to cancel you will immediately be refunded
• arrival or check-in: between 4 and 11 pm, to report when booking and to reconfirm 30 minutes before estimated arrival on the number + 34 689 278 479 (since there is no reception)
• departure or check-out: 11:00
• smoking is only allowed in the gardens
• pets: on request
• considering the ecological character of the finca as well as it’s  remote location, we ask that you leave no items (including your household waste) upon departure and use ecological sunscreen
• the house rules can be found in the studio
• rent possibility throughout the year

Prices are based on a minimum 2 night stay  and 4 night stay in high season

In case of availability, the facilities of Cerro del Pozo can be rented for a day, without overnight stay : to inquire.
